Shipping policy

CryoGear ships within the United States only at this time. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Processing time

Most of our fragrances are hand-decanted to order. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Sealed Cold Storage bottles and other in-stock items usually ship within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Shipping methods and cost

We ship via USPS with tracking on every order. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your cart and destination.

Delivery estimates

Once shipped, U.S. orders generally arrive within 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed; weather, holidays, and carrier delays can affect transit.

Fragrance shipping note

Fragrances are alcohol-based and ship by ground transportation in accordance with carrier regulations. This may affect available shipping speeds.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at briang@cryogear.com and we will correct it if the order has not shipped.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you do not receive tracking within a few business days, check your spam folder or contact us.
