Lorenzo Pazzaglia's Ginfusion (2026). The maker's own citrus-and-gin extrait — an enormous sparkling opening of lime, bergamot, lemon, yuzu and pomelo, cut with a cold snap of peppermint. The heart is where it turns original: juniper and a gin accord front and center, softened by green tea, maté and lemongrass. Oakmoss, sandalwood, vetiver and amber ground it for the long dry-down.

Fresh citrus aromatic, unconventional and bright.
